MY HISTORY

I received my bachelors degree in fine art at California State University at Chico. In college I designed advertisements for a local radio station and began painting murals in student dormitories. I earned my teaching credentials and taught elementary school for 7 years in addition to teaching after school art classes. I went back to school to continue my education at California State University Los Angeles and received a masters degree in School Psychology and practiced for 5 years. Currently I'm working as a freelance artist and my work has consisted of wall paintings and paintings on canvas, furniture, paper, glass, fabric, and also portraits and pencil sketches.

PRICING

The prices for my services will vary according to the time spent on your project. I will provide a free consultation in order to get a feeling for the scope of work. If you have a specific idea for a painting, an estimate can usually be made by phone. I am comfortable with providing a fixed fee prior to starting a project, or work on an hourly or daily rate basis.

Most of the murals seen here in the galleries have taken between one to two days to complete. Rarely does a single mural exceed this amount of time, I work fast and efficient. The time to complete a project will ultimately depend upon the size and level of detail.
